V630 Cas is a Dwarf Nova with a long P_orb (2.56387+/-0.00004d) See astro-ph/0105517.  Previous outbursts are rare - 1950 & 1992.  The 1992 outburst was double peaked (by a few tenths of a magnitude).  The 2008/09 outburst lasted 93d (above magnitude 16), compared to 118d for the previous one in 1992.  On both occasions the rise to maximum was slower than the decline (2008/09 52d rise, 38d decline)
