The 2022 outburst was discovered by Masayuki Moriyama (Sasebo, Nagasaki, Japan), who observed U Sco at <17.3 C on June 6.567 UT and then at 11.4 C on June 6.720.   The last eruption of this Recurrent Nova occured in 2016.

As the field is very low from my observing site and lies within the glare of Birmingham, all the observations for this light curve were obtained using  SLOOH Canary 2 telescope.
