TCP J23580961+5502508 is a UGWZ star discovered by Tadashi Kojima, Tsumagoi,Gunma-ken, Japan, on three frames(5_s exp) under limiting mag.= 13.5 taken by Canon EOS 6D digital camera + 135mm f/3.5 lens on 2022, September 30.436UT.  The field lies in Cassiopeia.

The object peaked at magnitude 11.7CV on Sep 30.8UT.   Due to weather, my first observations were obtained on Oct 02.8, by which time the star had faded by a whole magnitude.
